If you’ve bought something from a Propell Trade merchant but have changed your mind about the purchase, you may be able to request a refund through the merchant, subject to their own refund policies. If the merchant allows it, you authorise the refund, and we’ll receive a notification.

Note, you’ll need to log in to your account from desktop to authorise refunds. Once we receive funds from the merchant, we’ll credit your Propell account within the month as a repayment, which will free up your available limit.
